Orders placed on the Platform are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product ordered. Ready-to-Wear products and Made-to-Order garments are dispatched as per the timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation or as otherwise reasonably required for processing and fulfillment. Made-to-Order garments require additional time for design, production, and quality checks prior to dispatch.

Studio ARANI shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All orders shall be delivered to the address provided by the User at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation and relevant shipment details will be shared on the email address provided at the time of placing the order.

Any shipping costs, if applicable and levied at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.
