This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request cancellation or a refund for products or services purchased through https://studioarani.com/ (“Platform”). This policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

1. Cancellation & Refund Request Window

Requests for cancellation or refund will only be considered if the request is made within 3 (three) days of placing the order.

Requests made after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

2. No Returns Policy

Studio ARANI does not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW) garments
  • Made-to-order garments
  • Custom, couture, or bespoke garments

Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable, irrespective of category.

3. Refunds

  • Submission of a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee approval.
  • All refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Studio ARANI.
  • Refund eligibility and refund amount (full or partial) will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to:
    • how far garment construction or order processing has progressed
    • materials procured or work already executed
    • operational and administrative costs incurred

This applies to both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order / Custom Orders.

4. Product Representation & Expectations

All products are sold based on design descriptions and visual representations available on the Platform. As detailed in our Terms of Use:

  • Product visuals are representational
  • Minor variations in color, texture, fit, or finish are inherent
  • Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return or refund

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event of receiving a product that is materially damaged during transit or grossly incorrect, you must notify us within 1 day of delivery with supporting images.

Any resolution offered, if at all, shall be determined solely by Studio ARANI after internal review. Returns will still not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, Studio ARANI will initiate the refund within up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of approval.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
  • Studio ARANI shall not be responsible or liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

7. Final Decision

All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, or any related matters shall be final and binding.
